High temperature resistant bearings are bearings that can withstand high temperatures. There are many types of high temperature resistant bearings, and different types of bearings can be installed according to different needs and environments.


High temperature resistant bearings can be divided into: ordinary structure high temperature resistant bearings and special structure high temperature resistant bearings in terms of structure and technology.

High-temperature bearings are widely used in high-temperature operating machinery such as metallurgy, kilns, glass, blast furnaces, and spray painting equipment+

Ordinary structure high temperature resistant bearings: mainly refers to bearings designed according to common bearing structures and using high temperature resistant materials such as high temperature resistant bearing steel. They mainly include high temperature resistant self-aligning ball bearings, high temperature resistant deep groove ball bearings and other bearings.

Aligning ball bearings

High-temperature self-aligning ball bearing: Between the inner ring of the two raceways and the outer ring of the spherical raceway, there are two rows of steel balls guided by the cage. Aligning ball bearings can bear large radial loads and can also bear certain axial loads.

The bearings have stamped steel cages and are lubricated with high-quality white high-temperature grease and can be used in temperatures from -40 to +300°C. Can meet working conditions within 300℃.

Bearings are usually produced with ordinary tolerances, and the clearance is much larger than ordinary bearings, so they are usually not suitable for high-speed operation. But it can usually run at a speed of 100 rpm for a long time.

Deep groove ball bearing

High temperature resistant deep groove ball bearings: There is no retainer inside, only rolling elements; they can meet the working conditions of about 300°C and are produced according to ordinary tolerances. The clearance is much larger than ordinary bearings, so they are usually not suitable for high-speed operation occasions and belong to high temperature and low temperature. Speed bearings can usually operate at a speed of 200 rpm for a long time.

Special structure of high temperature resistant bearings: not only the materials are made of high temperature resistant materials, but also the structure can realize automatic compensation of clearance in high temperature environment, such as spiral spring bearings, etc.
